Frontline Meditation is a Not for Profit (charitable status pending) organisation whose sole purpose is to improve the mental & physical health of those most in need. Our mission is to combat the effects of stress by offering a natural & sustainable relief through the practice of Vedic Meditation
Our tried & tested in person sessions, conducted over 4 consecutive days are specifically designed to reduce stress, improve mental clarity and enhance overall well-being. They are ideal for frontline & vital essential workers and also those in other high demand environments
