We are a NFP organisation whose driving purpose is to provide a natural & sustainable relief in aid of improved mental health for all, whilst consciously uniting communities through the practice of Vedic Meditation.

A scientific approach

The teaching & practice of Vedic Meditation has its basis firmly rooted in the science of life & the art of living. From the systematic approach to learning to the experiential understanding of practice we can say with confidence that the effects of our technique are universal.

Who will teach you?

Frontline Meditation only utilise the pre-eminent Vedic Meditation teachers in Australia.  All of whom have undergone over 2000hrs of the most rigorous & comprehensive of training, culminating in a 3 month residential program in the foothills of the Himalayas under the direct guidance of the worlds foremost authority on Vedic Meditation.

How Frontline Meditation Was Born

From local volunteer work to teaching meditation, the desire to be of service to the community has become an important & integral part of life for our founder.  Around mid 2023 this desire led him to explore the possibly of becoming a foster carer and during this process was struck by the devotion, dedication and sacrifice the case workers showed whilst willingly placing themselves in high stress situations with children at risk.


Further conversations revealed that although there was support available for these frontline workers, it wasn’t giving them the relief from the accumulated stresses they are constantly & consistently exposed to.  Offers to come teach them to meditate, although welcomed proved to be extremely difficult to make happen and so the journey began to make that possibility a reality.

Inspired by colleagues who have started similar programs and organisations in the US and a chance conversation with a meditator in July 2024 with experience in Not for Profit and Charitable environments was enough encouragement needed to decide to make this endeavour a reality.


For a Not for Profit to come into existence, 3 directors are required to come on board but 4 was the number our founder wanted, this number having significant importance in Vedic philosophy.
After several approaches and subsequent polite refusals, 3 amazing and infinitely capable Vedic meditators offered to come on board without being asked.  Our universal approach of, “The answer is Yes, what is the question?” made it impossible to refuse their approach.


Stacey Chadwick, Barron Hanson, Samuel Sweeney & William de Chermont make up our founding board of directors, 2 advanced meditators & 2 dedicated teachers of Vedic Meditation.
Frontline Meditation came into existence as a Not for Profit organisation on the 26th September 2024 and are currently in the process becoming a ACNC registered charity.

What is Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is a very simple & natural mental technique to learn and practice.  Its many beneficial and accumulative effects are felt immediately with the benefits carrying through into our daily lives.

It can trace its roots through a long lineage of teachers stretching back 1000s of years and is as relevant today as it was then.



By sitting easily in a chair, our  experts will not just teach you how to effortlessly and spontaneously take the mind beyond thinking, we will show you.

On completion of our gold standard 4 day course you will leave having gained the knowledge of what meditation really is, how to subjectively understand the process of how it works on the level of the mind & body and confidently utilise the tools learnt to implement the practice into your every day life.
